     This series of well type heat treatment furnace is a new kind of energy-saving cycle type heat treatment furnace,mainly used for steel parts in the gas carburizing processing.It is characterized by furnace temperature uniformity,faster heating,good heat preservation,higher carburizing speed,carburizing atmosphere and seepage layer even.When increase furnace pressure,without any leakage,improve the manufacturing efficiency and carburizing quality.

Structures of well type heat treatment furnace 

    This series of well type heat treatment furnace is consist of furnace mantle,furnace lining,furnace cover lifting structure,furnace sealfan,muffle tank, heating element and electric control system.Furnace mantle is welded by steel plate and section steel,furnace lining is light and energy-saving composite structure,furnace cover lifting structure is consist of motor, gear pump etc.Furnace sealfan is installed in the furnace cover,used for mixing atmosphere of the muffle tank and make them uniform,meanwhile,tends to uniform temperature.
