Summary

This machine is mainly used to process the fresh grape in the wineries,can be used to separate and remove fruit infarction,crush grape and convey grape pulp.It is the earlier processing equipment before the grape deep processing in the Small and medium winery.

Working principle:

The grape is firstly removed infarction,then crushed.Fruit pulp is conveyored to fermenter by single screw pump.Stepless adjustable-speed feeding spiral is applied,which can obtain quantitative feeding,The speed of the stemmer device can be adjusted according to different kind of grapes,

Characteristic:

1.Fast crushing devices,easy operation,breaker roll is made of non-toxic high elastic rubber,without damage to the grape.

2.The whole machine is made of SS304 or SS316

3.The sieve pore size of the rotary screen is determined according to the grape size.
